DEA Agent says Noriega was clean

A former top U.S. drug agent has testified that he never saw any evidence connecting Manuel Noriega to drug trafficking.
Francis Mullen, who headed the Drug Enforcement Administration from 1981 to 1985, said the ousted Panamanian leader had honored every request his agency made during that time.
During cross examination, Mullen said he knew nothing about evidence that surfaced after his tenure.
